Straight Raw Donor Closure Wig

Received my wig timely, good hair quality and cut. However, the hair is supposed to be jet black. One side of the hair has red streaks on it which ruins the overall look. I Sent feedback making them aware of the fault and there wasn’t any attempt to try rectify or even give a small % of a next purchase. I received a “ sorry they didn’t see it earlier” Customer service and experience is everything, as a first time customer - and this is a quality check you would expect considering the price paying for the wig. So the overall experience is what caused the disappointment.
