Failure to read and adhere to our booking policy that results in customer error or negligence will be the sole responsibility of the client. In such cases, the full service fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.

Booking Slots 📅
Ensure you book your appointment at least one or two weeks ahead before the initial date of the appointment
Deposit 💸
To secure your slot, a non refundable deposit of 50% would be required upfront. This will be deducted from the initial price for the service.
Emergency Appointments 🆘
No emergency slot options available once the slots are already fully booked, it’s advised to send an email for any questions , because DM are not monitored or alternatively Contact us for availability.
Ponytail Appointment 👱🏾♀️
If your are coming for a PONYTAIL Appointment (Frontal ponytail or Natural hair Sleek) ENSURE to have your hair already washed, blow-dried, straightened and relax as there won’t be extra time to do this during your appointment hours.
Cornrows 🌽
Ensure you have your cornrows done before coming for your appointment. We do not offer cornrows services.
Reschedule Appointment 📆
You can RESCHEDULE your appointments 7 days before the appointment date through your confirmation email. However, you will only be able to reschedule your appointment once within the month of your initial appointment.
Payment Methods💰
The balance would only be accepted by CASH to pay balance by card a terminal fee of 2% of charge is added to balancee
No Plus Ones or Tag along ❌
Due to the limited space in our studio we can not accommodate plus ones or tag along for your appointments.
Frontal & Closure Requirement 💇🏽♀️
We only works on HD lace, if you send a lace that is not an HD lace to us for your appointment, your appointment is going to be automatically cancelled
It’s advisable to ask before booking the appointment.
Package Details 📦
Ensure to include your Full name, Date and time of your appointment on the package being sent or delivered in person.
Drop Offs 🚚
All hair installations require your unit to be dropped off 1–2 weeks before your appointment.
For Birmingham residents: We recommend delivering your wig in person.
All wigs dropped off later than a week to the appoinment will incure a £30 charge
Drop-offs are available Monday–Saturday. Confirm the date and time with us before delivery.
Non Contact Service😷
Non-contact service allows you to pick up your completed unit at the scheduled appointment date and time.
Out of Hours Appoinment 🕛
Out of hours appoinment is only available on Fridays and Saturday from 9:00pm for extra £50 plus selected service fee
Clean Hair💆🏽♀️
All hair or units must be properly washed and clean before being sent or delivered.
Cancellation of appointment ❌
Appointment cancellations will result in no refund of the deposit.
