To secure your slot, a non refundable deposit of £30.00 would be required upfront. This will be deducted from the initial price for the service.

If your are coming for a PONYTAIL Appointment (Frontal ponytail or Natural hair Sleek) ENSURE to have your hair already washed, blow-dried, straightened and relax as there won’t be extra time to do this during your appointment hours.

We now offer cornrow services for an additional £20. Please note that if you require this service, you will need to arrive 30 minutes earlier before your scheduled appointment.

You can RESCHEDULE your appointments 7 days before the appointment date through your confirmation email. However, you will only be able to reschedule your appointment once within the month of your initial appointment.

The balance would only be accepted by CASH to pay balance by card a terminal fee of 2% of charge is added to balance

Due to the limited space in our studio we can not accommodate plus ones or tag along for your appointments.

We now work on any lace, However we recommend using HD lace for best results.

Ensure to include your Full name, Date and time of your appointment on the package being sent or delivered in person.

All hair installations require your unit to be dropped off 5 days before your appointment.

For Birmingham residents: We recommend delivering your wig in person. All wigs dropped off later than a 5 days to the appointment will incur a £20 late drop off fee

Drop-offs are available Monday–Saturday. Confirm the date and time with us before delivery.

Non-contact service allows you to pick up your completed unit at the scheduled appointment date and time.

Out of hours appointment is only available from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00pm for extra £30 plus selected service fee. To book this service contact us via Whatsapp

Please note that all our appointments are booked in 2‑hour blocks to maximise the number of clients we can see each day. Your initial appointment may take up to 3–4 hours. You can find the estimated duration in your style name

All hair or units must be properly washed and clean before being sent or delivered.

Appointment cancellations will result in no refund of the deposit.
