  • Booking Slots 📅

    Ensure you book your appointment at least one or two weeks ahead before the initial date of the appointment

  • Deposit 💸

    To secure your slot, a non refundable deposit of £20 would be required. This will be deducted from the initial price for the service.

  • Emergency Appointments 🆘

    An EXTRA charge of £50 will be added in case of an emergency appointment (Subject to availability). Contact us for availability.

  • Ponytail Appointment 👱🏾‍♀️

    If your are coming for a PONYTAIL Appointment (Frontal ponytail or Natural hair Sleek) ENSURE to have your hair already washed, blow-dried, straightened and relax as there won’t be extra time to do this during your appointment hours.

  • Cornrows 🌽

    Ensure you have your cornrows done before coming for your appointment. We do not offer cornrows services

  • Reschedule Appointment 📆

    You can RESCHEDULE your appointments 48 hours before the appointment date through your confirmation email. However, you will only be able to reschedule your appointment once within the month of your initial appointment.

  • Payment Methods💰

    The balance would be accepted by CASH OR CARD READER PAYMENT subject to (1.7% transaction fee) for card transactions only.

  • No Plus Ones or Tag along ❌

    Due to the limited space in our studio we can not accommodate plus ones or tag along for your appointments.

Deliveries & Drop Offs Services 📦

  • Package Details 📦

    Ensure to include your Full name, Date and time of your appointment on the package being sent or delivered in person.

  • Drop Offs 🚚

    Every installation requires your hair to be dropped off no later than a week or two to your appointment. For Birmingham residence we encourage you deliver your wig in person.

  • Non Contact Service😷

    Non Contact Service require the hair/unit to be picked up at the chosen appointment date and time.

  • Drop Off Appointment 📅

    Drops off are available from Monday - Sunday, just ensure to confirm the date and time from us before coming to us.

  • Clean Hair💆🏽‍♀️

    When sending your hair/unit, ensure it is PROPERLY WASHED AND CLEAN.

  • Cancellation of appointment ❌

    Cancellation of appointment would automatically result in NO REFUND.

For individuals with white or fair skin, transparent or HD lace is ideal, while those with brown skin can opt for brown or HD lace.
